Booked an appointment for underarm whitening. I've had this procedure done in manila several times, so I know the routine and the medicines used. After she applied the scrub and the whitening cream, she said the treament was done! There was no bleaching solution applied! After the treatment, the receptionist said they ran out of the bleaching solution but I still had to pay the full amount! I even informed her right before the treatment that I'm not from Baguio and now she's saying that I come back after 2 weeks when they have the bleaching solution?! I complained and refused to pay the full…

I had a facial at dermcare couple of months ago. Had a couple active and non pimples on my face. They pricked ‘em even those that are already healed. I was so shocked when she started the treatment without even wiping my face with wet tissue (or whatever)! She even wiped my face with pure alcohol!!! Not the kind of service y’all ever want to try! 😡 The very next day after having facial, my face looks really irritated! Got…

After walking all day, we decided to go to the mall for food and then massage. There are very few massage places at the mall and after checking out two of them, we chose this one because of the shorter wait time. It has a great ambience but the massage itself was unimpressive. They made us wait 20 minutes for our massage, forcing us to reschedule our next appointment. They also required us to fill out a very long form with a lot of unnecessary and intrusive questions. It felt like going for a physical exam. Not recommended.
