Al Wasl Good Building and it is situated Just opposite Dubai Mall Metro Station Exit 2
Very good location Amazing view of Sheikh Zayed Road and Burj khalifa
Disappointed of the action that they took towards me . They rejected my request to rent an office in there building they rejected me for no reason at all and the Dubai government has clearly approved of me to rent anywhere and open a trade license. Plus they have no reason to reject me thank god I’m a good person I have no problems I have no cases and no issues anyone planning to move there don’t even think about it cause I really don’t like they way they treated me and I’m a local also born and raised in the UAE and I’m a holder of the UAE passport
