  • Been here couple of times with my family and friends. It is in the heart of BGC. You will appreciate the very nice ambience. The place is all about Japanese from clothings, to shoes and many things especially the food area and restaurants. Great choices!! They have their own “Ikea”, the Nitori. Try visit the place you will surely enjoy your shopping.
  • The foodcourt area has a surprisingly diverse variety of cuisine but seats are scarce during mealtimes. The sit down restaurant choices are good but few. Theres a convenient walkway to Grand Hyatt, and there are nearby dining choices outside the mall. Ambience is good, but its not a full blown shopping shopping mall, theres just enough shops. Not somewhere you spend the entire day at but good stopover in between events, or for a short stroll with friends or family.
  • Poor service at cashier. Those cashier cart lanes with no customers rejected to serve my purchase, and asked me to wait a long time at basket lane. However the cart lane accepted other Filipinos with basket purchase which was a discrimination to foreigners. Plz improve employee training.
  • August 2025 Premiere Japanese brand mall in time up with Federal Land and is right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC offers a unique mall experience From retail to culinary experiences it is different from other malls. Though it isn't the largest and has no dedicated department store it makes up with a distinct branding collection uniquely Japanese. Note also that parking needs to be paid at kiosks located within the mall

  • Nice relaxing mall with a mix of Japanese and non Japanese stores. It has a relaxing vibe, with a supermarket grocerant I like trying the different desserts and ice cream at the supermarket. Sometimes they have good deals too. The events are fun and i hope they have more events and promos.
  • We had a wonderful experience at Mitsukoshi BGC! There are many restaurants to eat at and the ones we ate at were very tasty! Authentic Japanese food! Wow what a cool experience! We were so full, we wanted to try more items like the matcha tea and the baked goods! What a beautiful mall! Clean comfort rooms! Highly recommend!
  • Date visited: March 22, 2025 Pet friendly 💯💯💯 Mitsukoshi Mall is the first Japanese-inspired mall in the Philippines. It offers a unique blend of Japanese culture, cuisine, and retail, providing visitors with an authentic Japanese shopping and dining experience. It was not crowded when we went there.
  • There was so much hype about this mall that my family and I decided to give it a go. The visit was made at a later part of 2023, thinking that probably, we would be seeing more than what were circulating online during that time. I had so much high expectations based on the rave reviews I saw, but at the time we went, there was really nothing special about it, except that the stores were mostly Japanese/Japan brands. There were still a lot of space that need to be filled up that time. Parking was easy. Restrooms were spacious and clean. What disappointed me was the lack of space at their food…
