I love living here! Its so clean smells good and quiet. Neighbors are very respectful and friendly. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating with everything. Absolutely love the amenities here especially the pool area and lounges to work and study 🥰 very safe and clean
My experience at Avida Apartments was absolutely top tier from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was met with such a warm and genuine welcome that immediately made me feel at home. The amenities are impressive, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create both comfort and convenience for residents. I especially want to highlight Kali Bell, who truly elevated my entire experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made everything seamless and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident and…
A very beautiful building in a great location with a pleasant atmosphere. There are wonderful, delicious scents throughout the building, a beautiful rooftop, and many rooms suitable for work, which is very important. The building is pet-friendly, and the staff is extremely responsive and welcoming. I would very much love to live in this building
Kali is always helpful, super easy to talk to, and never makes you feel like you’re asking too much. Anytime I’ve needed help or had a question, he’s gone out of his way to make sure things got taken care of. You can tell he actually cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. His hard work is a big reason I felt comfortable renewing my lease, and I really appreciate everything he’s done. Definitely makes living here a great experience!

I recently moved into Avida Aventura, and the experience has been wonderful so far. From the very first day we applied, Stephany has been incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful with every detail; truly exceptional service. Ricky has also been great and very supportive throughout the process. The building is beautifully managed, everything feels organized, and the team genuinely cares about residents. I can’t wait to settle in and enjoy this new chapter at Avida!
I wish someone had warned me before I signed that lease. I had never been to Miami, and I relied on the leasing agent’s words when he confidently said: “Don’t worry, trains don’t run at night. It’s just Brightline - you won’t even notice it.” That was a lie. What I got instead was 3 to 7 massive freight trains* shaking my apartment every night, waking me up, again and again. During the day, the noise never stops - trains, cars, loud neighbors. The walls are paper-thin, and the ventilation system carries every sound straight into your ears. Within months of living here, my health took a…
I want to take this opportunity to thanks the AVIDA AVENTURA team Stephany, Alex, Alan, Kali and Ricky. I feel very grateful for their valuable help throughout the approval and moving process since June 1, 2025. I recommend them for being a professional and trustworthy team, especially Stephany who was the person who accompanied me throughout the entire process.
