Reviews

Rating for Skinplicity SMJ mall Cebu. The staff who massaged me spent less than 5 minutes on my face massaging and cleansing. My husband getting his had a much better experience. When I pointed to the staff that the makeup on my face was still intact despite her being on the final ‘mask’ step, she mentioned that eyes and area around are not a part of the ‘face’ for this service. To top it, she took it out on my mask - half my face was not covered in mask, even said that it’s a facial not a massage - well this isn’t my first facial but definite my last here. I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t…
