We were very impressed & pleased with the services provided by Tammy in helping us find an apartment. She is top notch & is a great ambassador for L'Initiale. Attentive to our requirements & very patient with our transition plans for moving to this fine residence. Many thanks Tammy! Paul & Suzanne.
My husband John Lavergne passed away after only being there such a short time. But it was amazing how they took care of him.
Clean. Comfortable, services on top with high standards! Professional staff and caring! I can recommend to anyone who want to stay safe and happy !

Le personnel a vraiment à coeur le bien-être des résidants. Beaucoup de services et grosse piscine !
Très propre et bien entretenus , il y a souvent des activités pour les résidents (moin a cause de la COVID)
Very comfortable and quiet apartments for seniors with lots of amenities including bowling, virtual golf, a swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna, billiard tables and more.
