I really like Bosa. The overall design is very user-friendly, and the details and house design are also very reasonable.
Moved in for 3 months, more than ten defects and deficiencies came up one after another, way beyond our tolerant level. Windows leaking during rain; kitchen drain pipe leaking, two plumbers paid three visits to finally get it fixed , cause they used bad quality unfit parts before; switch leakage, got mild shock few times; metal strip between bathroom tiles and floor is moving, tripped on it few times, potential safety hazard; floor dents when stepping on , appliances issues, drywall cracks …….just name a few. These issues have caused us significant inconvenience and stress. We have to arrange…
This place would have been great if not for the elevator, you waste half of your life waiting one of the otherwise many elevators. - no internet or wife at the gym ,
Disappointed. Such a bad quality build and bad quality management. Living in this condo for less 3 months and I have already submitted 10+ tickets. Huge scratch on exterior window (face outside) Bad mechanical company quality Having a huge gap between lower cabinet and toe kick and saying this is not defect. The millwork vender claim to be easy access future replacement ??? SUCH A JOKE The bathtub spout diverter isn't installed properly. Heard couple units are having leak issue Elevator number signed was crooked. Shake my head This is Bosa quality now :(

Doing the landscaping here, place is going to be beautiful.
No foresight when it comes to community safety hazards caused by inclement weather. Today (Nov. 4,2024) there are high winds with gusts up to 100km/hr, and I witnessed large objects being flung into the air, coming from the Central Park House site. Objects such as 10 foot long insulation panels, 5 or more at a time, being whipped up into the air and flung across and onto the street. I saw a 20 foot long plywood panel flung across the street, as well as 30 foot long plastic sheets flung into the street.
