I love dovetail apartments. They are Luxurious & you have all the special accommodations. And Mark with the maintenance crew is on top of things. Very friendly and personable.
This was one of the most stressful housing experiences I’ve ever had. Problems started immediately upon move-in, and from day one it felt like the rules kept changing and our stability was constantly being threatened by management. During the same week we were moving in, our trailer was towed even though we had explicitly discussed having a trailer with the leasing office before moving in and parked it exactly where they told us to park. We weren’t even finished unloading our things into the apartment. Afterward, management denied responsibility and dismissed our concerns. The towing…
I really wanted to love this apartment complex because it looks great on the surface, but living here has been a different story. The buildings and landscaping are nice, but that’s about where the positives end. Maintenance is extremely slow to respond, even for basic issues. Several requests went unanswered for days, and when someone finally showed up, the fixes felt rushed and temporary. Communication from management is also pretty frustrating—they’re friendly during the tour, but once you move in, it feels like you’re on your own. Noise is another major issue. I've lived here for over a year and recently renewed, we're very happy with the property, the location and our new unit is beautiful. The onsite transfer at renewal was seamless! Jennifer helped us with the entire process and she's a breath of fresh air. Always ready to help.

My roommates and I moved into Dovetail at the beginning of October and have had nothing less than a perfect experience! Jennifer and Iris made sure to be attentive to all of our needs and followed up on a daily basis to ensure our move in process was as smooth as possible. The apartment itself was clean, smelt good, and was clearly cared for by property management in between tenants. If you’re looking for somewhere safe, clean, and hospitable, Dovetail is the only option!
I toured dovetail this weekend and was very impressed, their 24/7 gym immediately stood out, out of all the tours I did, it was the only one that had a full locker room, sauna etc. After getting familiar with the area I realized the location is unbeatable, as someone who isn’t from Idaho. The floor plans are spacious and the layouts feel intentional and well thought out. I also had the pleasure of touring with Jennifer, who was extremely personable and genuinely helpful. I recently toured Dovetail and had a great experience. The location and pricing stood out right away, but what really made the difference was Jennifer Villanueva. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question without rushing me. She made the whole tour easy and informative. If you’re considering Dovetail, definitely ask for Jennifer, she made a great first impression.
We've been living here for the past two years and I'll just say that this place is as awesome as they get. The amenities are great, you have the dry and wet saunas and jacuzzi for the winter time and the pool for the summer. To top it off the staff are great and helpful specially Jenny the manager and Vanessa the assistant manager. Hope you'll join us if you're looking for a family oriented apparttement to live in.
