Electricity is not free . 6 baht for 1 kilowatt, i stayed around 5 days it costed me 1160 baht ... around 31 usd. And 10000 baht or equal to it in your country currency deposit when check in and you will get it back when check out. The place is nice and quiet, long and little wide pool ...so nice . Mixed with old and new styles of closets, old style my favorite 😁👍 Nice kitchen with kitchenware, I recommend this place if you don't mind paying little extra fees for electricity 👍👍

This is a great villa which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in Rawai. The pool is nice and deep and there is a decent garden and deck chairs to relax on. The villa is a good size and comes with a fully functional kitchen, large fridge/freezer and fast internet. The fact there was a washing machine and drying rack is also a great bonus. The service staff were wonderful and villa regularly cleane and towels changed. The security guard was always friendly and quite to raise the boom gate on our arrival/departure (no napping on the job!). The only criticism I have about the…

we loved everything about the villa. The rooms are clean, big, good bed, great great bathrooms. the pool is awesome, so is the deck and lounge chairs etc. location is good too, very quiet yet close (10 minute drive to NaiHarn) to the beaches on the southern (and nicer) half of Phuket island. They have a kitchen, that’s not fully equipped tho, so if you want to cook, you gotta get seasonings etc. a good bakery is a 10 minute walk away, great breakfast there (@bakery Phuket) has a washer and dryer for your clothes. Amazing villa with private pool, and nice design. Cleaning is twice a week, security guard at the villa complex, beautiful area around. From the beach 5min to drive. Really enjoyed my stay in in there and defenetely will come back.

Fantastic villa! Really enjoyed the private pool and generel high standard. A bit away from the beach though. Only complaint we had was with the madrasses. They are hard. VERY hard. Tibetan buddhist munk hard!!! So hard that we won't consider coming back unless they are replaced.

There is no reception, office or such so make sure you have agreed upon an arrival/meeting time in order to have someone meet you. The guards at the gate are welcoming and polite but can't be much of assistance unless you speak Thai. Plenty of parking places inside the property. Villa was very very clean and was kept so by a lovely housekeeping lady twice a week. Two well sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, master bathroom quite large with bath and separate shower with surprisingly good water pressure. Rooms equiped with both aircon and fans.
