A truly lovely dining experience at Al Thuraya Restaurant. We were a family of 25 individuals and we were accommodated and catered to by Ms. Analou on two seperate occasions. Given her role and responsibility in the banquet halls, she stepped out of her way and took our bookings and fulfilled all of our needs and requests. Dealing with her was a true pleasure. She even ensured to check in in on us during our reservation whilst occupied with another arrangement. She came to greet us, say hello and questioned if everything was up to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the service. The girls at the reception were very kind and helpful. Everything was great. I stayed for work in Qatar and I will definitely return. The hotel was clean, the bathtub was amazing and I really enjoyed it. The food was also very good.
Was very happy with the service here, starting right from the reception (I think the reception staff's name is Ramesh, I hope I got it right). Very pleasant and polite. Was happy with our room as well. The hotel is only ground plus two floors, so got a room on the 2nd floor with a good pool view. Quite child friendly with quite a few activities. Even enjoyed the breakfast the next day with a good variety of fresh options and the service staff here too was fantastic. Will definitely return.

It was a great experience for my family. From the time we arrived at the hotel the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We paid for half-board and it was definitely worth it. The variety and quality of the food was liked by all. My son and daughter got some extra swimming lessons from their great life guards at the pool. My kids played basketball, table tennis, football and pool. This is a very family friendly hotel. It was a blessing to stay during Christmas season.
