I wasn't gonna add text to my review but having seen the owners accusing me of being a troll, Please note I am NOT a troll. The clinic has however since gotten THEIR own people to cover my husband's review this morning. This is my experience. It's disappointing that the clinic should emphasise in their reply to another bad review that their doctor is board certified, which I don't have a problem with - and it was actually the reason I went there - but won't address the problem which is the reason they are receiving a 1 star rating. I really love Z dermpro. Went to different clinics but this clinic solved my problem. Always grateful for this clinic. Staffs are very very nice and accommodating. Always helpful, even online one message away then they will respond immediately to my queries. The clinic is always clean, and especially the treatments are very effective. A must visit clinic! ✨

Nice place, looks legit but awful wait, it's ridiculous, there seems to be no system. We went in at at 1:16pm, And went out 4:19pm, 3 hours later, and nothing happened, didn't avail of any service. We went from 14th to 7th place in the queue. Avoid this place if you value your time. I'm sure there are other places. A shame looks nice and professional po.
