Safe place. Loads of cafes and restaurants down stairs. Polite staff
I visited Noora Tower and was extremely disappointed by the way visitors are treated. The concierge staff member, who is Philippine, spoke in a very rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional manner. There was no courtesy, no patience, and no basic customer service at all. The tone and attitude were shocking for someone working at a concierge desk. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the building’s management. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Noora Tower seriously needs to retrain its staff if they expect visitors to feel welcome.

Very nice and beautiful views from 13th floor and above. Fully facilitated by high end luxurious amenities. Prime location family residential unit. Surrounded by hotels restaurant and equipped with transportation services.
I was supposed to take apartment No 910 for 4 nights Actually the dealer ( from ~Truebleu Vacation Homes) was supposed to be waiting for us as he told me initially ( looking forward to welcoming you as he told me ) Then I told him that I will little bit late for certain reasons and he told me it is ok Actually when I came there was No one is waiting for us Even the security man on the reception was not having any information that a guest will come to take the flat When I tried to talk to the dealer he refused to talk to me by phone ( because he finished his working hours according to him ) He…
