I have been in my townhome for a month now. I can't say enough about how easy the process was as far as the application process. Darren is absolutely fabulous. He always responded to any questions I had throughout the process. The area is convenient and close to shopping/restaurants. The townhomes are tucked away in a cul-de-sac and its very quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoy my beautiful townhome and am very happy I chose this place as my home. Thank you so much Darren for the excellent customer service you provided!
Darren was a pleasure to work with. He was detailed, responsive, and made the move very simple. The townhomes are clean, mostly quiet, and really makes me feel at home! 5 stars!
Jill has been absolutely amazing throughout our whole moving process! As stressed college students who are trying to balance school, work, and (most importantly) finding a place to live, she has been in constant communication with us. Love living here. Quiet community tucked off in a great location. Jillian was so great during our signing process, super helpful. They switched to another property manager for a bit and I am so happy she is back at Valencia Isle!
My experience with Jill at Valencia Isle was phenomenal. From touring the property to picking up the keys, Jill was attentive and highly responsive. I have never experienced such care and attention to detail when leasing a property. Her commitment to giving applicants and residents a first class experience is exceptional. I can't say enough great things about Valencia Isle! The property is absolutely stunning, and the neighborhood is everything you could hope for - safe, quiet, and peaceful. Please don’t believe the hype. I know 5 different groups of residents staying out here at this place and they put these townhouses over broken pipes, more than half of the neighborhood has been without their downstairs guest bathrooms for MONTHS. To top it off, I went to visit just to look around because I thought about applying to stay out here recently, and they only cut the grass behind the model home and down to about half the neighborhood. If you go to visit and look out from from townhome 1030 to the last home and even the homes across the street starting about the same as 1030, their…
