  • Do not move here. There is trash, dog poop, cigarette butts and old food everywhere outside. There are families of 4 or 5 living in 1 bedroom apartments. The police are here 3 times a day for various crimes. The elevator breaks down regularly. Management changes everywhere and they never repair anything or maintain the property. There is no fitness center as advertised or fishing pond. Even if you pay the $40 a month for parking people still take your spot. Ive heard of AC units and stoves catching fire and nobody does anything about it. Homeless people break in. They go inside your units…
  • I would give my experience zero stars if I could. Something extremely suspicious is going on. I was told in November I was approved and that I would get my lease emailed to me. It never happened. Ok, it was the holidays, so I cut them a break. Fast forward to about a week ago, again I was told I would get my lease, never got it. So today, I found out they are yet again under new property management, and they would have to fill out all new information for me as they DID NOT have my previous lease information, nor did they have my personal documents I sent over to prove identity, income, etc.…
  • I lived at Trailside Oaks for two years, and the instability alone should be a red flag. During my time there, management teams came and went so frequently that I stopped memorizing names—there would be a new one every couple of months. I moved out in October, and I am still waiting on my cleaning/security deposit, which was a full month’s rent when I moved in. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. Every new property management company claims they’re “getting it straightened out,” yet nothing ever happens. At this point, it looks like I’ll have to go to the Justice of the…
  • I had a tour scheduled for an apartment viewing. When I got there no one was there. Finally after 15 minutes a maintenance guy was walking through and told me to come back later. I come back and still no one there. The maintenance guy shows up and offers to show me an unfinished room. He shows me and then as I am leaving HR calls him and seems to get him in trouble saying "it's not his job to tour places". Great guy, I hope he didn't get fired. Terribly run besides that. I confirmed my tour multiple times and no one shows up. Also tried calling and no response. Then you get the guy in trouble…

  • Update: Amy from the front desk will unlock the door and let anyone into your unit without asking questions-or obtaining ID and then wont answer the phone when you call to ask about it! The place its self if beautiful. Unit still had hair and soap from the previous renters! PadSplit is a service we used to initally rent this place! The property manager passes the responsibility onto PadSplit and PadSplit also does the same! So When your AC/HVAC isn't working properly-who do you call? The most terrible experience known to human kind when renting an apartment! It took 2 weeks just to get locks…
  • I have stayed here several times through Airbnb. That being said, the complex is only 6-7 yrs old but has the filth of a very much older apartment. Trash sits in the hallways and stairwells for days on end. The stairwell is literally unwalkable due to the stench and about a week ago was so full of trash rendering the stairwell unuseable. The floors and doors are absolutely disgusting, everything you touch or walk on leaves you with the feeling that you just infected yourself. 2 years ago it was a decent spot in Leander, now, it's a dirty place to stay while you pay. It's a shame because the…
  • Great beautiful place for living. The townhomes are very spacious and modern. The best part is the greenery and the open space. Walking around the property with greenery around brings lot of happiness and peace. Happy residents!
  • This by far has to be one of the worst places I've ever lived at! In the middle of the current winter storm they have temps managing the property without any higher up oversight. The most helpful worker has been the week old maintenance worker who has tried his hardest to address my unit and the seven other units problems; all while collecting my rent money in a home that's 44 degrees. Oh and to top all of this off we have no property manager as the company is looking for someone right now!
