Outstanding experience in every aspect of my transition from Ohio. Moves can be overwhelming, but Korey brought a calm, proactive, and genuinely positive approach that immediately put me at ease. Her patience in helping me find the right home, along with the support of her team in accommodating my preferences, made the process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Korey and her team, living at The West has been an amazing experience every day I wake up.
The moving process was really easy and their leasing associate Korey was very responsive and great at communicating. There were a few dings and scratches on the walls when we moved in (not a big deal, nothings perfect), but more importantly they responded quickly and touched everything up. Maintenance seems to be on top of it and that team was also friendly and helpful.
Korey was helpful and gave me a tour on the unit before signing the lease (Later did a in person tour with Casey when arriving in SD). Best place to live while being stationed in the Navy (assuming it fits and aligns with deployment schedules). The amenities and features are top notch, and maintenance requests are prompt. No buttons on elevators - your key fob will be the 'button'. Some things I would be aware of - grills on 37th floor may be a hit or a miss so bring a lighter if possible.
I’ve had a great experience with West SD Apartments so far. The community is well maintained, the location is excellent, and everything from the leasing process to move-in has been smooth and professional. Korey Wermager was especially helpful—she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain options clearly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. If you’re looking for a well-run property with a team that genuinely cares about residents, I’d definitely recommend West SD Apartments.

Korey truly went above and beyond to help expedite everything and make it possible for me to move in quickly. She was incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. Since moving in, Claire has been amazing with follow-up tasks and questions. She is always so friendly, warm, and welcoming, and every interaction with her has been a pleasure. Korey and Claire really help make this place feel like home. Korey gave me the best tour at sunset. She was so thoughtful throughout the tour and showed me some really great apartments. The views are incredible from the roof!
Our experience at The West has been excellent so far! We toured many buildings in the area and we were blown away by the units and the team here. In particular, Korey is by far the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with — consistently going above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible!
