Great location with 20 minutes walk to the nearby metro. There are some supermarkets nearby with one called OKD right next to the building but a more complete one called West One only 5-7 minutes walk. The amenities are complete for the stay. Note the items provided for only suitable for a few nights. For longer stay, you will need to buy your own eg shampoo. The check in was easy, good communication from the host, and the security is good.
ℹ️Suggestion for anyone booking around August 2025: Rather book at the other property Mood living 22. 👍: very well equipped and cozily designed rooms. Gym mostly well equipped too. Good TV and programs. 1.3kms from Metro and access to DIFC. Not so great:The pool and the roof are completely CLOSED. They allow you to use the pool of Mood Living 22 - a sweet offer but in 40+ degrees a 1KM walk one-way in the sun... Besides if you'd like to see a view while visiting Dubai thats not possible here as the roof is blocked. We were fine with it as we live in Dubai but wanted to share the information,…
I had the pleasure of spending six incredible months at The Muse 45, and I can truly say it exceeded every expectation. Everything in the apartment was brand new, modern, and tastefully furnished — making it feel like a true home from day one. The location is perfect: just minutes away from DIFC and very close to the beach, which made both work and leisure wonderfully convenient. These past three months living at The Muse 45 have been wonderful. The location is great — with easy access to Kite Beach, Downtown, and DIFC. The apartment was very lovely and cozy. We also stayed in another building the Muse managed by the same company, and the entire experience over almost four months was truly unforgettable. All the apartments were always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Brand new 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended 👍 Excellent rooms with all kitchen and bathroom facilities you might think of. Excellent bed. Wonderful swimming pool with grand view + the brand new gym 👍👍👍
It's important to recognize when a hotel is going the extra mile to satisfy its guests, and this is definitely one of them. In addition to the unrivalled comfort of the room and the clean, modern amenities, the staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. We spent 1 month in this hotel and I'd be willing to spend more if I had to.
We were staying in the hotel for more than week. Excellent service and standard of the studios. We could find all essentials in the kitchen. Lovely pool and the roof of the hotel. Staff really helpful and always to happy to give some recommendations what to see and where to go. Great location 1 metro station from Burj Khalifa or 10 min by car. I will definitely visit the hotel next time I’m staying in Dubai.
I was really impressed with the service at this hotel. You can truly feel that they are doing their best to meet every guest’s needs. The room design is very well thought out, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The coffee machine is especially impressive, producing espresso comparable to what you’d get in a café. It feels like a true home away from home here in Dubai. I’d be more than happy to stay again and highly recommend it to others. Plus, the hotel is brand new, so the facilities are modern and top-notch.
