During our visit and tour, Carianna greeted us like we were current residents. She answered all of our questions and explained all apartment options and amenities in detail. By the end of our tour, we were convinced that we wanted to live here and had no reason to look anywhere else. She made the move in process quick and simple. The entire staff is professional welcoming! We absolutely love it here!
Moved from VA and been here about 2 weeks. It looks just as good as in the photos and the staff are super nice and helpful! Carianna O. was amazing and made sure to help us get everything we needed :) The facilities are always clean and the location is near lots of shops. Love everything here so far! :)
Xiomara, the leasing agent at Altis Twin Lakes, truly went above and beyond throughout my entire experience. She was incredibly attentive to my needs and never once made me feel rushed during the apartment viewing. Instead, she took the time to show me multiple one-bedroom layouts, patiently explaining every detail along the way. From the very beginning, Danielle went above and beyond to help us with a smooth and very quick move-in that perfectly fit the timeline we had in mind. I have been living here since 5/25 when they started renting, and I have nothing but great things to say. I had the pleasure to work with Dani, who is “AMAZING” and made the process super smooth, Javi “Manager”, and the entire staff here, they truly keep this place safe, clean and the best I have yet to live in the years since I had to rent.
