  • We would like to thank and highly recommend Lazaro for the excellent service he provided during our move. From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, and always willing to help with everything we needed. He guided us through every step of the process, and thanks to his support, everything was much easier and well organized. We truly appreciate his dedication, responsibility, and outstanding customer service. We definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their move.
  • Thank you, Jackelin, for your incredible help, hospitality, and knowledge throughout my apartment search. The building is beautifully maintained, and I was amazed by all the amenities available. Jackelin and the management team are truly hands-on, which makes a huge difference. Alture is definitely one of my top choices to move into.
  • Altura Westlands has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. There are roaches here — and I don’t mean the occasional bug, I mean a real problem. On top of that, there have been multiple days with no running water. No shower. No cooking. No drinking water. Nothing. How is that even acceptable for a place people PAY to live in?? It honestly feels like they take residents’ money and then refuse to maintain the property or provide basic living conditions. I would NEVER recommend anyone live here unless you enjoy frustration, stress, and feeling like you’re living in a…
  • I do not recommend renting at Alture Westland, as the quality of service has declined considerably while rental rates continue to increase significantly every year. The intercom systems do not work, several gym machines are broken, and the office staff lacks adequate knowledge. In addition, some residents who have moved in do not meet the required standards and frequently violate community rules. In short, if you want to avoid regretting your decision, I do not recommend this property at all.

  • Thank you Alture Westland for having Amenity Housekeepong and I host a great event!
  • My experience living in this apartment community was consistently disappointing. From the moment I moved in, it felt like management cared more about collecting rent than actually providing a livable environment (Dennis). Maintenance requests were either ignored or took far too long to address, and even when someone finally showed up, the repairs were often rushed or incomplete. Noise levels were another major issue. Walls are thin, common areas are poorly monitored, and management rarely enforces community rules. Parking was equally frustrating - overcrowded, poorly managed, and never…
  • I do not recommend this place at all!!! At first, they help you with everything and everyone seems super nice, but when you actually need something from the administration, they disappear. They respond rudely, speak badly, and never solve anything! There’s dog poop in the hallways that they never clean. On top of that, my car was hit inside the paid parking lot and they never took responsibility or offered any help. The administration is very unprofessional, especially Mr. Denise. I do not recommend renting here
  • Alture Westland is a residential building that feels like an oasis of tranquility amid the city’s hustle and bustle. From the moment you step into the lobby, you are greeted by a pleasant fragrance and soothing music that instantly relaxes you. The living experience is further enhanced by spectacular views of the pool, inviting you to unwind and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The building also features a well-equipped gym for those who wish to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. For leisure, there is a games room complete with a pool table, a domino table, and an expansive sofa…
