Booked an confirmed appointment at 3pm. When we came we were asked to wait for 2hrs and was told that its a first come first serve basis.

The Establishment opens at 10:30am sharp. They have infrared no contact thermoscanner at the reception table. Staffs are friendly and professional.

False advertising, Started procedure without first diagnosing then refused to do any further treatment, after burning the face with laser treatment. Want to send to Manila office and will not return balance of prepaid charges.
