I moved in to an appt at Les Jardens. Jayman takes care of their people. Thank you Jayman.
I took a tour through this community and absolutely loved it! The apartments are beautifully designed, with a calming park right in the middle that makes it feel like its own oasis within Quarry Park. Side note: LOVE the gym.
We bought our first home in October 2023, and there has been tons of ongoing problems since then. Construction workers blocking our driveway constantly when we have to leave for work, and then giving us terrible attitude when asking them to move THEIR vehicles, finding nails on our driveway, garbage in our front lawn etc. We shouldn’t have to email the Service centre so much on a newly built home. Our most recent incident with Jayman has been about our AC Unit that we paid for in July 2023, before moving in. It was a huge shock to find out that it was not even hooked up… in May 2024. We…

Terrible builder and horrible staff at this sales Centre. If you’re looking for a new build home, I don’t recommend Jayman at all. Go with anyone else. Probably building it yourself would be a better decision.
Such a nice looking complex. The central garden will be spectacular.
Nicely built units with good design and decorating. One block is very close to 18th Street but the other blocks have some green space and gardens.
Great neighbourhood with everything close at hand. Loads of walking and bike trails along the river. Nice to see the quality of the Quarry Park development.
