Unfortunately, my experience at this complex has been extremely disappointing, especially considering it is a newer property. There is very little upkeep. Stairwells frequently have trash, spit, and dog urine and feces, and management has repeatedly failed to address cleaning requests. Dog waste is also common throughout the property, including in the dog park. Maintenance and security are ongoing concerns. Several building doors have been broken for months (one for over a year), leaving entrances unsecured. Maintenance responses are inconsistent, and when issues arise it can be difficult to…
I had a great experience when I came to view the property a few months ago. The property is beautiful and Gracie was super helpful and very friendly. I chose a different apartment that closer to where I was already living at that time and thought it would be a great experience because it was brand new. I definitely regret not moving in here and plan to call this my home in the future.

The property looks great. The amenities are top notch. The prices are well worth it. Natasha Evans was the perfect leasing associate to show the property and answer questions that I had about it.

We moved to Jefferson Northlake in early December, and I intentionally waited about two months before writing this review to truly reflect on our experience. First, I want to highlight that Grace has been excellent throughout the entire process. She has been very supportive, responsive, and helpful in answering all our questions. The application and approval process was straightforward, fully online, and communication with management has been great so far. Great complex! Staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Natasha! She’s been so helpful and attentive, both before and after moving in. I’m a first-time renter, so I appreciate how smooth she made the process! The apartment itself is very quiet and well-insulated. Any small problems I’ve had have been addressed and resolved quickly. So far, I’m very happy here!
We have been living at Jefferson Northlake Apartments for the past three months, and our experience has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Grace, the leasing manager, made our move-in process smooth and easy, she was extremely helpful and professional throughout. The amenities are well maintained, clean, and pleasant, which makes daily living here very comfortable. I absolutely love my experience thus far at Jefferson Northlake! I have lived here for a year now, and the staff are truly phenomenal! Grace, Natasha, Amory and Zack have all been very friendly, helpful and inclusive all year long and make this feel like a heartwarming community. So much so that I just signed another lease so I can enjoy for another year-plus! The interiors are awesome and the amenities (pool, grills, game room and gym) have made my life a lot more convenient. Not to mention, the location is great!
