The building is nice overall but the fire alarm goes off frequently including early in the morning and in the middle of the night. It’s extremely loud and really stressful when you’re sleeping. This is a serious safety issue because people may start ignoring real alarms.
The building itself is quite nice, but fire alarms are crazy as hell. I hope a managing company will be changed by HMB development and in this case this building will be 10/10.
There is a complete absence of parking availability within the premises, and the security guards are not being of any help at all even with the presence of vacant parking spots. This ongoing lack of parking creates continuous inconvenience. The situation has persisted without any apparent effort from property management (Stratum) to implement a practical or long-term solution. Furthermore, interactions with the reception team have consistently been unhelpful and ineffective. Concerns raised by us the residents are rarely addressed in a constructive or timely manner. Stayed here for a while and honestly loved how quiet it is, which is rare in Dubai. The community feels calm and well looked after, and everything was really clean. The terrace was a big highlight for us, large, private, and perfect for spending time outside. First place in Dubai where we actually enjoyed sitting outdoors every day. Pool and gym were also genuinely nice and well maintained.

There is no parking available at all — neither for taxis nor for guests visiting residents, which causes constant inconvenience. The fire alarm is triggered almost every day, sometimes even in the middle of the night. These frequent false alarms are extremely disturbing. Any interaction with the reception is unhelpful. Issues are rarely addressed constructively and usually require repeated complaints and confrontation to receive any response.
BE AWARE FIRE ALARMS are blasting everyday doesn’t matter the time could be 3am, 8am, afternoon, weekends,, the alarm is right on top of the bed in the bedroom and is extremely loud and sensitive. Extremely annoying and management doesn’t do anything even though many tenants complain.
Horrible, construction noise 24/7 and the fire alarm is going on and off every single day. Soundproofing is also very bad, you can hear everything from the corridors. I was told that the glass windows are soundproof or whatever, just lies the DB level in my room at night is above 35. If you want peace of mind this is not the place to be.
