Have lived here for 1 year, resigned for another year with the help of Veronica Yoo. Units are new with new appliances which is nice. The location is amazing, right by the seabus, etc.
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience since moving in. Upon arrival, I discovered the microwave in my unit was not working. There was also a loud, ongoing noise coming from the fan, which still hasn’t been fixed. Instead, the fan has now been unplugged and the AC, has stopped working, nor does the stove fan work. (Update Oct 22nd, I moved in July 21st and my fan is still broken). Before signing the lease, I was told by Veronica Yoo (who showed me the unit) that parking would be $100 and I was guaranteed a spot, to be finalized upon move-in. My mom lived in this building for a while, and it quickly became more than just a nice place in a great location. What really made it special was Jena. She always took the time to check in on my mom, just to make sure she was okay since she was living alone. That kind of kindness and attention meant so much to our whole family. Eventually, we decided to have my mom move in with us, but even after she left the building, they’ve stayed in touch and still sending text to each other. We moved into this building early last year, and I can honestly say our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The building itself is stunning—brand new, sleek, and beautifully modern. It's clear that meticulous attention goes into keeping everything in pristine condition, creating a space that feels both thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable to live in. The amenities are fantastic, with free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a lovely outdoor patio that adds a great touch of convenience and relaxation. UNLESS APARTMENT!! THAT HOT WATER BRING BACK THE MOVIE THEATER!!!😡😡😡😡 I never saw that in 2015 with my brother name jj and one person got killed in the lobby in 2018 now it closed down in 2019 NOW IS AN APARTMENT!!!! I never walking in Td beside left on movie theater walking on doors😭😭😭
Yet another update: 10 months after I moved in, I got a utility bill from YES Energy management for Dec - June with a $5 admin fee. This came as a surprise to tenants as Jena mentioned many residents were contacting her about this surprise bill that no one got until now. Moving forward they’ll bill monthly so that means an extra $60 per year total charged on top of your annual rent even if you don’t use heat or cooling. I had to follow up with Jena TWICE over email and in person to finally get an update. Of course, Jena is always very apologetic and says they’ll follow up but the…
As someone who uses public transportation and is seeking a clean, quiet, and comfortable living space with plenty of light (day and night), I must say this apartment met all of my requirements. Some additional things to point out: - Gym is small but well maintained with good variety of equipment - Lounge area can have up to 20 people - There is someone who cleans the entire building, including the common area, everyday - Two elevators; one is service and can be reserved easily by messaging the building manager - Building manager has an office by the entrance and is friendly and helpful -…
Beautiful building with great location! It has been enjoyable living at Victor with no major issues so far. The gym is well equipped and the lounge is nicely decorated. Building Manager Jena is always helpful, friendly and kind. Deborah does a good job keeping the building so clean. There are still ongoing construction jobs that need to be done as the building is relatively new. Keep up the good work!
