So beautiful place
Beautiful area
Very green family oriented residential gated compound with pool and gym and club, tennis courts and children’s playground in the middle. Easy access to Seef Mall and village on foot with all you need there (Carrefour, pharmacy, laundry, florist and many restaurants and cafes )

Construction noise at night, its 11 pm and I can’t get a calm sleep because of the noise, the security is not doing anything regarding the noise at night.😡💔
A fabulous compound all thats missing is Sulamon the resident lifeguard 😢
