Very bad facility water leak bad quality finishing and small space for the fridge can’t fit big fridge swimming pool not working since the bulding open outdoor parking under the sun and no access card for parking struggling every time on parking gate with security gurd Very annoying noise from the site office generator can feel quite anymore here
Very good , new , high quality building . One of best areas in Dubai
So far I am very happy that I moved here about two weeks ago. Everything is new, so great facilities including gym and pool, friendly staff, and usually it is very calm and clean.
In general it is a very nice community in here at town square , Ascot building located in a nice boulevard near to the downtown , it has a perfect gym , nice Building cleanliness , staff also nice . We want NSHAMA to put in consideration opening the buildings shops down whatever it is A ( small coffee shop , bakery , small market … ) and now that the pool is open they need to work on more details to provide a better level of services to the building's residents

We’ve lived here for 5 months with my husband and it’s been a constant struggle. Even after multiple maintenance visits for AC and water leakages, the AC still doesn’t work properly (bills are 600–800 AED regardless of usage and the temperature never drops below 21°C). The water pressure is weak, the water often turns yellow with a metallic smell, and the pool has stayed closed the entire time. Parking is not enclosed, so the car is always covered in sand. Very disappointing living experience at Ascot Residence.
I rented an apartment at Ascot Residence (Town Square) and I’m very disappointed. Since I moved in, I still haven’t been able to register my fingerprints to access my own apartment because the system hasn’t been working. The security guards keep telling me to wait every day. On top of that, I paid the full year upfront, and the swimming pool has been closed for over 3 months with no updates or reopening date.
Pool constantly under maintenance, a complete eyesore. Air-conditioning is noisy and doesn't work properly. Water pressure issues, 1/2 the day water pressure not even enough to shower. Building maintenance issues although it's a new building, poor construction quality. Building access is bad, fingerprint access only & doesn't work properly so you have to stand at the door waiting for someone to let you in.
