Nice spockless clean site with great staff and managers Dave & Jim, also telehandler tony, with the help of thriplow sweepers.

Please please check the planning applications on Burnley website before you go ahead with reserving any plots - this site is built on old coal mine shafts and they don’t bother to mention that when they are trying to sell to you! The plot we were interested in we discovered had TWO mine shafts in the front garden. Only interested in getting their hands on your house for part ex. Avoid.
What they are not telling people that have purchased is the access road will lead to another 110 houses at the top of it that have NOT YET BEEN BUILT . But are going to be built . The road will be like a main rd and it’s very bad to get out of . But they won’t tell you this but we are residents of the area . Hope this helps .
