If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in San Jose that has access to a train line to downtown a short walk away, this is it. The pool and hot tub area looks nice (it was too cold to use when I was there), but when I was there, much of the gym equipment was broken. Rooms are nothing special, but they're clean and not bad. A free Lyft to the airport was a nice touch. If you're staying here, you're doing it for the price, and it's a decent deal for the money, relatively speaking.
I have no complaints after a two-night stay. My room was very clean, quiet, and I appreciated the recently updated furniture and fixtures. Everything felt well cared for and didn't feel cheap or worn down. The staff was polite and helpful.
Pros: The staff was excellent: very professional and friendly. The location was convenient to the places we needed to go with easy freeway access. Besides having some problems with noisy neighbors, the rooms were relatively quiet especially with being right next to the freeway. The rooms, bathrooms, and linens were very clean. There is no cleaning service during your stay, but we actually prefer this. They left us with plenty of towels for our 5-night stay, and if you want new ones, you can just exchange them at the front desk. The beds were firm, but comfortable. Cons: Our refrigerator was…
The place was great. We had just flown in from a long flight (Japan) and we got a room for the night. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast was decent for being a continental breakfast. Id stay there again if the need ever arises.

Clean and updated. Affordable. Perfect for a quick business trip. Friendly staff and great customer service. I thought I lost me ring so I left housekeeping a note to keep an eye out for it while cleaning. When checking out I was asked if I found it. I appreciate the housekeeping staff's concern and time taken to look for it as well as the follow up from the front desk who was notified by housekeeping. I found my ring in my luggage later the night I it!
Great affordable modern hotel. Right by the highways yet quite friendly staff basic breakfast.
Pleasantly surprised! Wasn't sure what to expect driving up to the property. Everything is clean and well maintained and service was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and came with several amenities. Breakfast was provided the next morning and parking is free which is a huge plus when you have two kids always hungry. Would definitely visit again.
Terrible location next to the motorway and bad insulation means you can hear the cars from your room. Awful service at front desk. No hot water. When so little attention goes to the fittings installed upside down in the bathroom you know nothing good can come out of the place
