Recently I had a nice move in experience in Sahara Tower 6.It was smooth and hassle free.A special thanks to Mr. Nadeem.He was extremely helpful, professional and responsive through out the process.
I have moved recently to Sahara Tower 6 and Mr.Nadim helped end-to-end. He was following up very closely and helped to complete the entire process very smooth. Many thanks to him and his team for excellent service.
broken tails in my apartment for the last 10 days, suddenly the tails popped up !!!!! they said this is normal ? more than 20 apartments in future tower 3 had the same problem !!!!! even though I complaint to call center, they didn't fix it...

Well i am new here, lets see how it goes, definitely will share my experience. Why i choose to stay in sahara tower because this is the only good option in this area. And second reason is Mr Nadim Musallam he is the man you can trust. Incredibly helpful, all staff are very professional, george and nadim you both are the stars of thuriya!!
I had a fantastic experience living in Sahara Tower 6B with Al Thuriah Real Estate. The building was always clean and well-maintained, with prompt maintenance, reliable elevators, and friendly 24/7 security. The location is super convenient—close to Sahara Centre and with easy access to both Sharjah and Dubai—so daily errands and commuting were a breeze. The overall vibe in the tower felt safe, family-friendly, and peaceful. A special shoutout to my agent, Nadim. From day one he was professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. I lived here for 1 year through Mr Nadeem very professional in dealing and supportive. Neat and clean building and spacious apartment which is very rare in Al Nahda area. Building is very well maintained by Al Thuriah facilities during my tenure no major issue faced. Well done
That building is very clean as well as it’s Appartment’s. It’s sales office is located in Al Turiah tower 1. Tower 6 building is the newest tower in the cluster. Sales staff is good in the initial meetings because you didn’t rent out yet. Once you rent it out then you have to wait for the turns. They do not offer the parking more then one car. No matter even if you agree to pay more for extra car. The central AC is not included in the rent. So it will cost you additional. There is no balcony in tower 6 Apartments. The models of Apartments are different sizes and as per amenities and location…
