Stopped by to tour Astra and was honestly really impressed. The whole community has such a great feel, clean & modern. The front office was friendly, welcoming, and made the tour feel relaxed and easy. Nothing felt pushy or rushed. A really sweet lady named Jynelle toured me. She was a wealth of knowledge about the area and community. It was just an overall smooth, positive experience. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into the property. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking in the area!
I recently toured Astra and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, inviting, and genuinely welcoming. Jynelle, my leasing agent, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She provided a well guided tour and shared thoughtful insights about the community and neighborhood that made the experience even more valuable. We’ve lived at Astra for the last 7 months and have genuinely enjoyed my experience. The management, leasing, and maintenance teams are incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional, they really make a difference in day-to-day living. The building itself is beautiful, well maintained, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed and easy to enjoy. Like any apartment building, there are the occasional minor inconveniences, but whenever something comes up, it’s addressed efficiently and handled well, which I truly appreciate. From the moment my roommate and I toured The Astra with Jynelle, we knew we were in good hands. She is warm, welcoming, and inviting. (Should I also say best dressed? Jynelle is so great at what she does! She is warm and welcoming and knows how to get you the place of your dreams! Love all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Overall, there are no complaints that arent normal apartments things. The residents are nice and the amenities are always clean and accessible.
Great place to live—Jynelle is the best!! Stu (maintenance) is great- very efficient! Mad hidden fees and leasing office not the friendliest but the resident community is top notch and the gym/ amenities are awesome! Very pet and kid friendly. Thanks to The Astra Management for a smooth and seamless transition into your complex! The Team at Astra was well equipped with all the amenities to help move us into the apartment no problems with access to elevators, moving here was the easiest I have had in a long time when getting our belongings into the apartment! Management broke contact after I gave my notice to vacate. My initial messages went unanswered, and I only received confirmation after visiting the office. They delayed sending my notice for a week. No apology for the delay either. Additionally, I requested a pre-move out inspection that was not fulfilled and they still went ahead and deducted $125 for “cleaning” even though I cleaned the unit and $136 for “paint” from my deposit, no itemized statement either. Had they fulfilled their job, I could have left the unit to their “standard”. I couldn’t care less about the deposit, it’s about lack…
