I was very disappointed we requested a refund they didn’t give us we request the photo was nothing like what we get we requested 3 rooms they gave us 1 tiny room that the bag can’t fit it’s smaller then a mead room and another room that from the photo was a bathroom inside but when we reserved the room there was no bathroom inside the bathroom was outside 1toilet with 2 bathrooms only we requested every room with a bathroom the service is bad we requested a refund and they didn’t give us we are 6person with only 3 bathroom the problem that my nefu was there and i can’t share with my nefu in…
I was Extremely disappointed with the way this business and its team operate. There was no company representative available upon arrival, as they only operate between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. We would have been completely stuck if the security guard who was not even their employee, helped us to access the property. Despite asking multiple times for access instructions, we were repeatedly told the details would be sent 24 hours before arrival, which never happened. Worst hotel ever .. first they canceled the reservation and we had to stay in one bedroom apartment before going to a bigger one and we were 6 .. then they cut off the chilled water because they failed to pay the bill !!!! And when the electricity went off , i had to take my bag 20 level down without them sending anyone to help ..
Dar Samita Team was great and the apartment at Dunya Tower a great location, it has everything anyone needs on a visit to Dubai. Comfortable, clean, very secure and one a 1 min walk from Dubai Mall. I highly recommend you choose them on your next visit to Dubai. Have great travels.

I saw this apartment in booking.com in the pictures it looked very nice in reality it was horrible the AC in the rooms were blocked and they were making a lot of noise I came in the apartment from 18th of July till 1 of August because the shops and mall are just 3 min walk dubai mall we took this apartment the whole building has a awful damp mouldy smell we had a 3 bedroom apartment my son's room was smelling mouldy and we found a cokroach in two bathrooms, you can only communicate with them through WhatsApp no bell boy taking 6 luggages by myself. Dunya Tower is a fantastic residential building right in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain. Stayed here for 4 nights from 18th to 22nd July, 2024. The AC filters were blocked due to alot of dust in them. They had to be cleaned and day after checking in we had to call someone. Fortunately, the management got it fixed but they should have checked this prior to our checking-in as this gives a bad impression. There is no bellboy system at lobby to take your luggage to your room so you have to carry it there yourself.
