Moved in two days ago and can’t wipe the smile off my face. The whole moving in process was seamless with the help of Daniel (building manager) who is always ready to assist with a smile. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living in.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.👌
I had a wonderful time living at St Julien. Daniel is incredibly kind and helpful - I couldn’t have asked for a better building manager! The building was always clean and well maintained with any issues addressed quickly. The only thing I would change is to make the pool heated. However, should I move back to Brisbane, St Julien will still be my first preference for living. Hopefully Daniel is still there too!
I recently moved within the St Julien building as the apartment i was in is being sold. Daniel, the building manager made everything so easy and straight forward for the move to the new one. He has been amazing!
We recently relocated from Aria Valencia to Saint Julian in South Brisbane, and we feel incredibly grateful to the management teams for their assistance during the transition. Daniel, the building manager, has been a standout member of the team, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease in our new home. St Julien's is a great place to live. Great fellow residents and excellent building managers. Possibly the best views for River Fire and NYE fireworks in Brisbane as well. If you have the opportunity to reside in this building take it!!!
My husband and I have had a fantastic experience taking up residency at St Julien ! From making the application to lease the apartment, to the actual move in, Kirsty and the management team at St Julien could not have been more helpful. The apartment is spacious and well designed --in an amazing location with a terrific view of the river. I really appreciate that there is a sense of community within the building, and that other residents are friendly and helpful. I can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!
Can’t speak highly enough of our experience renting and living in Aria. Quiet, well constructed apartments with great aspects to the city and skyline. Clean public spaces and gorgeous rooftop too. A fantastic building to live and rent within and we were very sad to leave due to relocation for work. Kirsty the building manager is just fabulous too - attentive, friendly and a lovely welcome nature to the building. Thank you Kirsty and Aria Living for a great experience - you’ve set the benchmark very high!
St Julien Residences is located a stone's throw away from Brisbane's city. This residential building has one of the best managers that I have come across so far; always friendly and available and gets your request done promptly. The building also has a stunning view similar to Oxley + Stirling residences which is just about less than 200 meters away. The residents here are warm and welcoming, making your stay here at St Julien an even more pleasant one.
