Visited while on vacation in the Philippines due to scalp issues. The service was excellent—straight to the point and very effective. The only downside was the lack of card payment options. All staff are very kind.

I’ve tried numerous dermatologists for my acne scars, but this particular dermatology clinic was the only one that truly helped heal them. I highly recommend this dermatologist to anyone struggling with acne scars! Additionally, the staff is incredibly accommodating, friendly, and approachable. There’s no need to feel shy about asking questions—they make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

CenterCity Dermatology clearly follows an intricate system in ensuring that their patients' concerns --- ranging from scheduling & treatment costs to the administration of the treatment itself --- are thoroughly addressed. Dr. Concha himself effectively crafts a treatment plan with respect to the patient's treatment history, preference & tolerance, which I have rarely observed in my past experiences with other dermatologists. I was lucky to have come across this clinic through a Google search. The service was quick and courteous. The doctor was quite knowledgeable and he took the time to explain things. He was also very professional and considerate. You can also book an appointment online which is a bonus. I had a very good experience, and will definitely recommend.
