  • Berkeley built my flat in Ferard Corner part of the Woodhurst Park Development. We currently have no hot water or heating due to whoever fitted the pipe structure connecting to our boiler. The pipe used has a blockage inside, which is restricting the gas flow to the boiler. We have a one year old baby and because of this negligence from Berkely homes we are freezing inside a new flat without hot water. I am currently looking into legal proceedings against Berkeley. Be very careful dealing with this company. Their work is not as good as first appears and you may get problems just a few months…
  • Once you live here, you wouldn’t want to live elsewhere. Community spirit high as everyone is willing to help. Berkeley made sure there are plenty of green space between houses. Unlike other developments, you have no gates in front of your house except for the few in front of the Village Green. You can spot deers, rabbits, foxes, birds and other wildlife amidst the development. Where else can you find such a beautiful back yard?
  • Amazing place to live! The quality of the homes here are second to none. The landscaping and all the greenery are also lovely! The customer service you receive from the staff is excellent.
  • Avoid - high prices with "legal" restrictions which they can't enforce, very poor customer service, even the "Directors" ignore legal facts & tell you to seek a Lawyer rather than deal with the common sense issues raised. Totally Pathetic stance like "their" appointed Mgt Co. who also take money under false pretences.

  • Individuals may consider the development an eyesore but as someone who was unable to purchase previously due to original location this is a godsend. The area is beautiful, Berkley homes have provided many green spaces as well as a new school, and the community developing is very welcoming. For those that mention the wildlife, whilst I understand their concerns, I'd also like to mention that their property was once built in the green belt and so disrupted wildlife. You have a growing population and lack of (if not affordable to everyone) housing to thank for continuing disruption. I, for one,…
  • an eyesoar!, a development built on greenbelt land with loads of houses crammed in that arent in keeping with the surrounding area or architecturally pleasing. The poor wildlife that used to live here now homeless
  • Lovely walk with the dogs and good place to fly kites.
