Since the management team changed, the property has gone significantly downhill. There are ongoing safety and security concerns that remain unresolved for months at a time. Entry doors meant to be secured have been broken for extended periods, forcing residents to go through an area with high levels of crime and drug activity to enter. There has been repeated late-night trash room fires in recent months with no real explanation or corrective actions to prevent the fires from happening over and over again. Many of the advertised amenities either don’t work consistently or stay broken for long…
Honestly, I hope everyone reading this review decides not to move into this community. The leasing office agents only care about getting you to apply or reserve an apartment — that’s clearly their main priority because, I assume, they earn a commission. Once you become a tenant, you’re no longer a priority. Maintenance requests can take months, if they ever get fixed at all. There are homeless people inside the community and sometimes waiting at the entrance for someone to open the door so they can sneak in. Parking can cost up to $450 per month, and even if you sign a one-year contract that…
I had an incredible experience working with the team at Mason and Main during my move. Chiara, in particular, was extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her, I was able to secure my apartment before my move, which was especially important given that I was moving internationally. The whole team is great, but Chiara truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate her support!
From the very start of my experience I was really excited for my tour. Nathanael was such a wonderful host and leasing professional in showing me this place. The amenities are impressive and the apartments are very high end. I decided to apply, which was a lengthy process, though whenever I had a question, someone from the office was ready to help. I've had such great vibes from Chiara, Zuzu, Richie, Nathanael, and Erick. I've been in my new spot for a couple weeks now and I am super pleased woth everything so far.

Thanks to Chiara I recently toured this apartment and was really impressed! The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the modern finishes, spacious layout, and the attention to detail throughout. The amenities are excellent, and the location is super convenient for shopping, dining, and transit. The staff was friendly and professional, making the tour smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this apartment feels like a place I could really call home—I highly recommend it!
I lived here for 2 years. Moved out November 2025. I had packages stolen multiple times and management did nothing about it, despite having video evidence showing the residents who took the packages. They don’t care. We had several power outrages and break-ins monthly. Parking was very expensive, around ~$400. It’s also very hard to receive a response from management as others have stated. Also at some point when I first moved in, both of the buildings were infested with worm-like bugs. It took them months to fully exterminate them. During my last couple of months there, they locked all the…
TLDR: move in deal is great. That's the only good thing. It's terrible after. Do not live here. It's a trap. Zero ability to accommodate I lived here for 15months, they had the 3 month free move in. Was great at first, and then it was horrible. They will up charge you like crazy for anything. 1 year parking deal for 285, which is already high. When the 1 yr is over and you just want to extend for another 3 months they "can't extend" the deal and thus are charging $400 a month. They'll say "this is standard". It's not. Next door charges $150 a month. They have amazing front desk staff.…
Editing to add: we’ve had two break ins in less than three months. Once to our actual apartment and once to our storage unit where several items were stolen. We are living with fear and can’t wait to move out. Please stay as far away as you can from this place. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I’ve lived here for two years, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Management is extremely difficult to reach and has zero follow-up skills, which makes handling even basic lease questions a hassle. Another major issue is the homeless encampment directly…
