First off I want to start by saying BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I see I wasn’t the only resident experiencing specific things, the leasing agents aren’t problematic it’s management they’re horrible. They will come banging on your door aggressively AFTER OFFICE HOURS. Mind you, I was in the shower after just getting home from a long work day. My apartment was entered very intrusive just as the 2 most recents reviews stated.. crazy huh. The office staff at this complex is extremely unprofessional and rude. Communication is often dismissive and lacks basic customer service. The recent apartment inspections were handled poorly and felt unnecessarily intrusive. The way they conducted checks made it feel like government housing rather than a privately managed apartment community. Staff knocked aggressively and entered my unit wearing shoes without consideration for my home. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. This was by far the best experience I ever had when it comes to finding my next home!! Spacious floorplans, modern aesthetics, stainless steel appliances and world class service from Sydney. She was very helpful by answering all my questions and making me feel right at home. If you’re looking for your next home look no further. Don’t walk, run!
Cherry I was absolutely amazing! She helped me get an apartment as quickly as possible and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. She was extremely polite, super helpful, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. Most of all, she was so patient with me — especially since this was my very first time getting an apartment. Maintenance team does really well! Tyler is the bomb.com! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been here for a year now and I don’t have any complaints. Rules are pretty standard and my building is pretty chill. They host cute events! Also shoutout Miss Sheri! She is also the sweetest.
Great experience from start to finish! Sheri was wonderful to work with she was very knowledgeable and made sure we were fully informed throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always helpful and professional. When Sheri wasn’t available, the rest of the staff stepped in right away and provided excellent assistance as well. The entire team made this a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
Maintenance is really the best there is. any issue i’ve had has been fixed with the utmost care and swift response. My water heater gave up midday and they were right there in less than 15 minutes after putting in the work order and what was going to take an estimated 2 hours was done in less than 45 minutes. Tyler, Luis, and Carlos definitely came in clutch and got it done. MAINTENANCE IS GREAT
I toured Harmony Luxury Apartments with my best friend who’s currently apartment hunting, and we were both super impressed! Sheri, the leasing agent, was wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the tour. She took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us so much useful information about the floor plans, pricing, and community amenities. The amenities were high quality and the whole property was beautiful and well maintained. Definitely one of the nicest communities we’ve visited!
