  • I have no idea why this parking garage has such bad reviews! I feel like for Dallas parking $25 is spot on. I use this garage every time I see a show at the bomb factory and it always has spots so no more having to drive around the local smaller lots hoping to get a spot and dealing with driving in circles. I love knowing exactly where to go to park and get on to the show. After the show there is quite a few people trying to leave but it’s never been that bad in my opinion, nothing that sticks out as a terrible wait. I tell everyone to park here for stress free experience.
  • Was a great place to park for the concerts at the factory in deep ellum. It’s right around the corner. Plenty of spaces.

  • We went to see a band playing at The Factory and parked in the Stack parking garage. When the concert let out 9 floors of vehicles were stuck in the line and did not move for an hour. I called the police because people were running up and down the garage screaming angrily and it looked like a fight was going to break out. The only reason we escaped was a good Samaritan held open the gate. Do not park here if you are attending a concert.

  • Upcharged price 150% ($10 max charge based on hours parked is posted at entrance, make you pay $25 flat rate during event) for event during recent weekend in a part of town where events and concerts seem to be norm. After the event there is no traffic control or direction to ease flow out of garage, you will be stuck in garage for 1-2 hours after the event.
  • Found ourselves parking at the garage of this facility today, July 2nd approx 6pm. As we exited the parking garage we noticed my sons shoe had come undone. My son is disabled and wears leg braces and therefore uses a special type of shoe. So we stopped in the corner of the elevator lobby/ entrance to adjust his shoe which we had to at that point to completely take off. We noticed some chairs at this lobby and thought we could sit really quickly . To our surprise we were reprimanded by the the rude gentleman sitting at the desk. He obnoxiously yelled across the lobby for us to leave. And we…
  • Expensive parking, but honestly what isn’t? If you don’t care about garage parking, there are open lots nearby that charge way less. This is really the only garage option for south deep ellum.
  • Interesting parking garage with different nooks for parking. It was very clean and had ECO friendly proximity sensors that turned lights brighter when you entered an area. Elevator located on Commerce Street side. $2 first 60 minutes $5 60‐180 minutes $10 over 180 minutes
