Very close to the St. Lawrence Market 👏
It was the worst building I have lived in downtown. Amenities sucks, workmanship sucks, extremely cheap quality construction done. Worst management but all the concierge and janitors were very good and helpful
One of the worst managements ever. The builders built a shoddy building and left it to a completely incompetent management who cannot fix ANYTHING, let it be electric issues, HVAC issues, windoes, blinds etc. They try to avoid any expenses and this makes the life of a resident very uncomfortable. They also try to govern your life by not letting you install darker blinds for windows facing east, which makes a huge UV glare in the unit and it is like a greenhouse inside. I cannot sleep past 5.30 am in Summers and cannot stay in the unit without another fan in addition to their low quality…
It took these fools a year to open the amenities (plot twist, the gym still had only had one weightlifting machine). Let’s also not forget the fact the fire alarm goes off literally all the time day and night (it’s gone off multiple times at 3-4 am), you’d think the fire alarm breaks daily with how often they test it. And for some reason they constantly have to enter my unit because of course something needs to be inspected, and when their banging on the door doesn’t work because I’m preoccupied and have headphones on, they just walk right in. Sometimes it’s literally the most stupid thing…

This is Monday morning. They gave us notice at 9:20 AM and started repairing the garage door at 10:00 AM. How can residents be expected to prepare with such short notice? All the staff here are really nice, so I don’t want to leave a negative comment, but the management is very disappointing. The 1-star rating is for the management only! Other bad experiences I’ve had in the past year: 1. There was a water leakage in the basement locker, and all my belongings were damaged. There was no follow-up or compensation. 2. There was a locker break-in last year. I only received one follow-up from the…
I’ve tried to be patient considering the building is still under construction but the situation has gotten out of hand. The fire alarm goes off at any hour of the day almost every day. During the week, don’t even attempt to take the elevator because every single one is taken by construction workers. There are maintenance flyers on my door every second day claiming they need to inspect something different. In the evening, the concierges are missing and never at the front desk. After half a year of living here only a fraction of the amenities are open. Needless to say, it’s a mess.

It’s being almost a year, all the amenities are closed, fire alarms every day, sometimes in the middle of the night. Noisy construction work starts early in the morning. Avoid this building.
