I want to take a moment to recognize Kevin, the building manager at Alexan Main Street. He is truly one of the kindest and most dedicated people I’ve met. Kevin treats residents with genuine respect and care—he doesn’t just manage the building, he looks after the community like family. Even in difficult situations, he remains calm, professional, and compassionate, which says a lot about his character. Alexan Main Street is lucky to have someone like Kevin, and many of us truly appreciate everything he does. Quick note from my original experience: Mike was incredibly kind and professional from…
First off, I never write reviews, but I felt like wanted to share my experience here because it’s been different than any other apartment I’ve been in. So far I’ve been at Alexan for 7 months now, and my stay has been amazing. The apartment is incredible, everything is brand new, the interior design of each unit is really nice, and the A/C is such a nice bonus. The lobby feels like a luxury hotel lol. They decorated it so well during Christmas. We fell in love with the place right when we toured with Mike. Also, the team and management is incredible. Mike, Saori, and Angela, at the front desk…
I've been living at Alexan Main Street for almost a year, and I absolutely LOVE it here. Out of all the apartments I've lived in, this one is the best and feels incredibly safe. The folks that work here are wonderful and really care about you. Mike was awesome in helping me choose the best apartment when I first moved in. Everyone else that works there is equally amazing and they really seem to care for their residents (shout out to Kevin & Saori!!) They host fun events for their residents and take care of the property well. If you have any concerns they work with you to resolve them quickly.…
I just moved into Alexan Main Street, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! From the very beginning, the team here made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kevin and Saori were absolutely amazing — professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions, give me a thorough tour, and make sure I felt right at home. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. My apartment is spotless, stylish, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s clear that the staff here really cares…

I had previously left a poor review because of a parking issue that would’ve significantly impacted my partner and I’s life. However, Michelle ended up finding a resolution for us and I appreciate the work she put in to making things right. Overall, I enjoy the amenities of this place, living in the heart of Bothell and so far everything runs smoothly. I do recommend new tenants just make sure they are crystal clear on the parking agreements since this area of Bothell is very difficult to park in and if you have two cars, you’ll want to make sure there’s a concrete agreement in place.
I was very impressed with the property — the apartments are beautiful, modern, and offer great amenities that really stand out in the area. Our leasing agent, Saori, was wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour experience pleasant and informative. I truly appreciated her friendly approach and attention to detail throughout the process.
I recently toured Alexan Main Street and had a great experience. The building itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and in a fantastic location close to everything in downtown Bothell. Saori was the leasing agent who showed me around, (forgive me if I have spelt that wrong) and she was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel genuinely welcome. When the timing is right for me to move, this community will definitely be at the top of my list.
Shoutout to Kevin – Kudos for the amazing room tour! 🙌 Super professional, very customer-driven, and such great charisma. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The room itself was quiet, beautiful, and just perfect. Thank you so much Kevin , such great job! 👏 The apartment and the staff team worth well over 5 stars！
