We did the Witch's Coven. Some of the puzzles seemed like they were going to break when we touched them (mainly in the second room). The wand we had to use broke and we noticed it was held together with electical tape. We were missing pieces of plaques that had recipes on it (we thoroughly looked over both rooms, even pulling back curtains and looking under the table and chairs). When we addressed this with the attendant at the front, he simply told us that "People were breaking them so we decided to make a game out of it. We just hide it around the room." Disappointing first experience here. Having done a lot of previous escape rooms this one did not impress. Price was comparable to every other one I've done but it felt low budget. When we walked in, all of the doors to all escape rooms were open so we could see all of the rooms with lights bright on and any additional doors within the rooms were also open. It made it lose some of the allure or appeal of escape rooms. We did kidnapped and it was okay. Puzzles were logical and not overly challenging for 2 of us, but we mostly enjoyed what we solved. We have done many escape rooms over the years and we had a BLAST today in the kidnapped room. We had a group of 7 people including a 6 month old, probably the first 6 month old to join:) dylan was our host and he was amazing! very friendly and was their to help us whenever we needed. Will definitely be coming back to try the other rooms.

Host was very nice, but the “Kidnapped” room was very disappointing. It took us no more than 20 minutes to escape, each puzzle less than 2 minutes to solve - we were a group of 3 and paid $100 for this game, so it was highly disappointing to have virtually no challenge with this one. The iPad being used for hints was interesting (though we never used it), but everything else was generally just not that fun. Can’t in good conscience recommend :(

The puzzles were the perfect level of complexity and creativity that challenged and engaged us in creative problem-solving. The puzzles were all different styles that allowed for each team member to contribute in their own way to solving the puzzles. It is a fantastic team-building experience! The staff were lovely from start to finish. Dylan was incredibly responsive and attentive to our team's needs. We received friendly and professional service that really made a difference! Highly recommend for business and personal experiences!

We had a fantastic time - the room was filled with fun details and had a variety of different puzzles (including a couple of different types we hadn't seen in other escape rooms). The host was also super friendly and added to our great experience. Highly recommend this place!

Escaped the witches coven! Very fun and intricate escape room. Not too hard but definitely not easy. Out of all the places I’ve been, I’d say this is a great place for beginners because all the puzzles are linear. The manager, Dylan, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful which made our experience even better. Definitely recommend this place!

We've done about 50 escape rooms and have seen a lot of good, and some bad. The 2 rooms we did were 'decent' but the overall escape experience was incredibly lacking in comparison. They are in core of downtown Hamilton, and when I entered, I thought I was in the wrong place, or that they had gone out of business. The lobby was empty, and the counters and shelves behind the desk were completely bare (see picture). After a few minutes a young employee (the only one working) came to greet me.
