I love the building, and the management team is amazing. Both Alex and Sandra are always kind, helpful, and available. They take care of the residents, paying close attention to every question or concern. The building also has a great maintenance team, Shawn and Smith promptly take care of every need the building could have.

They consistently provide great customer service and make residents feel welcome. The maintenance team is also excellent. They are reliable, honest, and always willing to help with any issue that comes up. I would especially like to recognize Shawn for his outstanding work and dedication—he is a valuable member of the team. He needs a raise! Overall, my experience living here has been very positive, and I look forward to continuing to be part of this…

This is one of the best home away from home. Manager, leasing agent, and maintenance men are the finest you’ll ever meet. Everyone is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help you. I’m more than grateful to have had this experience with all that’s happening in the world and around me. When I’m feeling low I speak with the manager and as busy as she is she takes the time to listen. I’m fortunate, and grateful to have had such awesome angels guiding my path whilst my journey continue. Thank you to the staff and manager of UNIVERSITY STATION HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA!

I have applied to both apartments and haven’t gotten an answer, at Hudson it sometimes shows they have availability but when you call or go up to the apartment nobody answers and they always have an attitude. I don’t understand how they hire people to do a job but nobody’s doing it correctly. I’m still interested in getting a place here because it’s close by my sick mother to which I care for . All I’m asking is for some kind of information on where I stand . I paid 80 for both applications
