The guard Andrew spoke rudely towards me, behaved arrogantly, lacked respect and basic manners. I felt unwelcome and will not be returning.
The staff at Metropolis for the most part are professional, friendly, and the views at the location are amazing. However, one of the guards named Andrew Conde was quite disrespectful, rude, and lazy with a horrible attitude as we were going in. He also made my cousin feel very uncomfortable.
The staff at Metropolis II is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I especially want to recognize Cristian, the General Manager of Metropolis II. He was professional and proactive in helping resolve an issue I was dealing with, and I truly appreciated how thoughtfully he handled it. Cristian sets a strong example for his team and creates a positive environment for both residents and his team. Metropolis II is well run, and Cristian does a great job leading the community. Thank you for the positive experience!
Robert (new building manager), is problematic. Had to involve LAPD. Will update after report is filed. Both myself and condo owner offered a solution that was not contentious, he chose harassment and combativeness. Not the kind of representation that belongs on the frontlines at a luxury high rise community. Poor judgement.

I’ve had a great experience at The Metropolis. The building is always well-maintained, and the management and staff go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. A special shoutout to Vincent—he’s incredibly professional, attentive, and truly makes a difference. His dedication and care really set this place apart. Highly recommend!
I’ve been noticing some pretty alarming things lately especially at night. During the day, the parking staff seems really professional, but once the sun sets, it’s like a whole different world. There are rumors of multiple serious incidents (some even say murders), and instead of tightening security, the night crew seems more interested in partying at the gate, blasting loud music and smoking weed. It’s honestly kind of scary for those of us who live nearby. I really hope the management—and maybe even the police—step in to look into what’s going on. People deserve to feel safe, no matter what…
If I can give a zero i would… The worst parking conditions im ever experienced.( I own a condo here but I wish I didn’t) and they illegally towed my car. Already contacted my lawyer ready to sue this management and the towing company. DO NOT Living here because you will regret
The views are amazing. You don't think of Downtown as a place to live. But the sunsets and bright lights of the downtown buildings skyline are jaw dropping.
