The quality of services does not match what Im paying to live here. Management is unhelpful, the front office staff is useless. Maintenance takes forever to respond, and the new parking rules make it very difficult for guests to visit. Under prior management, things were less unreasonable. This place feels more focused on charging extra fees than actually taking care of residents. I would not recommend living here. Avoid at all costs. Maybe go to somewhere in Channelside.
I would highly recommend against renting apartments at the Pearl. I live in building 1 unit 411. My car has been towed two times in the past 6 months here, and I suspect that the pearl has a revenue share agreement with the towing company. Never have I seen such a predatory way an apartment complex partners with a towing company. The towing company has access to come behind the gate where only residents are allowed to park and have access to. They also do not have enough parking spots in the garage for the amount of cars the residents have. It is very typical if I’m coming home late at night…
So disappointed in this new management that has been placed to run The Pearl, considering how expensive the rent is, why are visitors parking limited, now there is a fee for your visitors to park?? so if you like to have guess this is not the place for you and will NOT BE renewing my lease. Unbelievable. Just finding ways to make more money off the tenants. Forget those 4 stars you see it doesn't matter.
Be warned . Similar to everyone else’s experience A couple of months ago management of this property changed to RangeWater. Previous management wasn't great, That was overall helpful . This is not the place to stay under this new management. Now they are making people pay for guests to park Where it previously was free for residence and they tried to gaslight you Saying right other residents are happy with that. Nobody is helpful. When you place a work order, you have to keep harassing them for someone to respond . Avoid at all costs, especially under mismanagement company.

The only thing going for this apartment that is a plus is the location and the size of the units. The issues that need improvement for me to consider staying here and being 5 star in my mind and compete with other complexes is: They need to FIX the parking issue in the garage. They think they are fixing the issue by towing but the truth is I don't think the tow truck is going past the gate or this apartment will not admit that they are overselling parking passes. So when someone arrives late there are no parking spots and you are then expected to park in the visitors risking getting towed…
New management is doing their best. Parking has been increasingly more difficult and having a house keeper or guest visitors is becoming increasingly difficult. Maintenance team is learning and doing their best. I like their instance show up and willing to help attitude. William has been very helpful.
Huge shoutout to the maintenance team here at The Pearl! They are always quick to respond, professional, and incredibly friendly. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and done right the first time. They truly care about the residents and help make living here a great experience. Thank you for all your hard work!
A couple of months ago management of this property changed to RangeWater. Previous management wasn't great, but now it's worse. Read their google reviews (RangeWater Real Estate) before considering leasing an apartment here. If you still think this is the right place for you, make sure you do a tour and ask the right questions. Also read the any documents carefully before signing. Parking garage is not available on all floors. If you are looking at apartments on the 6th and 7th floor, or 2nd floor of building 2 you will not have direct access to the garage and 5th floor garage is not covered.…
