Clean, organized, and well-maintained. The environment feels safe and peaceful, giving residents real comfort and ease every single day. Inside the apartment homes are equally comfortable and spacious. The staff members are always smiling, approachable, and respectful. Cafés and daily-need shops within walking distance. Everything accessible without leaving the area. Pretty much all types of public transportation available nearby. Thank you for your services Adım İstanbul keep up the good work
The apartments are beautiful, the location is excellent and close to services, but a little far from public transportation.
Worst compound possible the management trash the security trash they act like You are never here and stuff and when you try to get stuff in the car from the parking, they told you know go up from the other park. We told them just 10minutes they said no I left my electric scooter outside my house for 1 day by accident they gave me a 400$ fine so this is not normal I don’t advice you to try at all try Mavera or other I strongly recommend you But the buildings are nice. The houses are good, but not the best. The gym and everything inside has a lot of broken stuff in the gym, but the pool is nice…
The worst and most stupid Yonitime you can ever deal with, if you’re coming from the airport with big bags they don’t allow you to enter the car park, you must grab your bags in the street like homeless. Very stupid system, we buy house in millions and pay monthly fees to expect good service, but not like that !!!!!

Beautiful residential complex with a stunning view of the Basaksehir Central Mosque . This area is one of the best areas for Arabs , with its variety of Arabic restaurants and cafes.
I've only gone there to visit friends. It seems like it has easy access to things and especially to the metro! Though it's def a bit of a walk to the millet
I bought a 4+1 here. They don't have a Storage place for the 4 nd 5+1 apartments which is odd. The staff and maintenance response is poor. The bills for the central heating in winter is very expensive. And you have to pay the facilities even if you are not using them. The neighbourhood is pretty good. Infact all of basaksehir is good.
