One of the most pleasant retail experiences I’ve had recently! Maggie welcomed me with such warmth and positivity the moment I stepped into the store. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and offered thoughtful, personalised recommendations that showed her genuine expertise. What stood out most was her patience and sincere attitude — I never felt rushed, just truly cared for. Really fantastic shopping experience I love it and will definitely come back again!

A huge thank you to Ora and Even for an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, both of them were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find exactly what we needed. They took the time to listen — really listen — to our concerns, our preferences, and what we were hoping to achieve. Instead of rushing us or pushing random products, they carefully guided us toward options that actually matched our skin tones and suited our individual needs.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Ora and Even! These two lovely girls went above and beyond. They listened to what we needed and helped us pick out products that actually suit our skin tones. It’s rare to get service this good anymore. 10/10 experience."

I had a disappointing experience at W Cosmetics Belconnen today with one of the assistants who was working near the brush section. I asked for help finding the Tir Tir Milk Toner, and instead of asking which version I wanted or offering options, she walked off abruptly. When she returned, I mentioned I was looking for the Light version, and she responded rudely saying I should have said that earlier instead of making her run. I understand retail can be busy and stressful, but customers also deserve to be spoken to respectfully. A simple clarification would have avoided the situation…

Rude staff. I asked a question & the girl ignores me & started talking with her colleague in Chinese. I was the only customer in there! Way to lose even more business guys, no wonder why it's dead. I would highly suggest better staff members.

My best retail experience in a long time! Maggie was incredibly friendly and greeted me warmly as soon as I walked into the shop. After I explained my skin concerns, she offered thoughtful recommendations and clearly demonstrated her deep knowledge of the products. I truly appreciated her professionalism and genuine care. Thank you, Maggie - outstanding service!

I come here very often but I've never had a good experience with the staff there. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, unbothered, and seem like they don't want anybody there. I was super excited that a W Cosmetics had opened in Belco, but now I think I might just go back to shopping at W when I am in Sydney.

One staff member told me that their products are only suitable for Asians with white skin and not for Asians with dark skin. I found this extremely rude. This happened at the Belconnen store. Although she spoke in a friendly tone, she told me not to use the product, claiming it could “shrink wrinkles,” while looking me up and down from head to toe, which felt very judgmental. If stores continue to employ staff with this kind of attitude, they will soon be left trying to find only “Asians with white skin” to sell to, which is unrealistic and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff…
