The team at this office is absolutely amazing friendly, helpful, and always professional. They truly care about the residents and are very knowledgeable, which makes everything run smoothly. I really appreciate how considerate they are and how efficiently they get things done. A big thank you to Kayla and T. for making my experience such a positive one. I highly recommend this office!

Nice apartment complex, but the management needs to do better at regulating / enforcing rules here. It’s a brand new apartment complex and people are already leaving trash everywhere, hanging dirty clothes off balconies, leaving trash bags in the halls, cigarette buds in halls, noise levels are high especially if your unit is near the pool, it’s always the same people playing loud music almost every night at the pool which is VERY inconsiderate ! Some people work early mornings so not being able to sleep comfortably or watch t.v in your home at night because people are blasting music at 10…
The most unorganized extended application process.. I’ve gotten the run around many times while driving back and fourth from Dallas to Houston. And now no follow up contacts what so ever after they’ve taken my deposit that they required at the time of the application via money order. I’ve called, emailed, and showed up to their temp office with no response for the past month.. starting to seem like this complex or the office staff is a scam. Received a reply on this review before any contact regarding my application or refund..the 5 star reviews are coming from fake accounts to make up for…

As a first responder in your city. I value communication, respect, and professionalism qualities I expected from this apartment complex but unfortunately did not experience. I had my sister visit to view a unit on my behalf, and the staff showed a complete lack of attentiveness. She was not greeted upon arrival, was met with rudeness, and felt unwelcome from the start. This was disappointing, especially considering I was seriously interested in becoming a resident. First impressions matter, and the way potential tenants are treated speaks volumes about how current residents might be treated.…
I had a great experience with Palladium. The office vibe was warming. The management staff is awesome Kayla, Courtney, Tieranie I give them 5 stars. They were really on top of things from responding to my emails or returning my phn calls/txt. They was on it! And I appreciate that cuz that lets me knw they will be on top of things if I have a problem or concerns.
I worked with Mr. Cortney and Miss Tee and they were soooo amazing. The process was easy & fast. The staff is so nice and welcoming . 10/10 I would definitely recommend
I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the level of service and communication I’ve experienced from management and staff. Phone calls consistently go unanswered and emails are routinely ignored. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable especially for prospective residents who are relocating from out of town and rely on timely accurate updates. It should not be this difficult to receive essential information or updates regarding future residency. I expect a much higher standard of professionalism and follow through from a residential community and this experience has fallen short of that! As an…
