The environment is positive, quiet, and just feels like home! Apartments & Clubhouse are clean and smell great! The staff made my move-in extremely easy. They were all super nice, upbeat, were beyond helpful, especially since it was a stressful move for me. Definitely the nicest complex I've lived in since moving to Horry County!
First of all, I want to give recognition to Kristie-Lynn. From the very first time we met, you could immediately tell how genuine she is and how much her heart is truly in what she does. She is always so sweet, considerate, and it’s clear she genuinely loves her job and the people she helps every day. Living here for the past few months has been an absolute dream. I had an outstanding tour of this stunning apartment community. The complex feels upscale, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with modern, elegant apartment interiors. Kristie-Lynn was exceptional—polished, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Looking forward to move in day! My wife and I were in the area looking at other places, while looking we found Abrazo at Waterway Hills. We toured there and Kennedy sent us to their sister location, Arcadia because we wanted to see an apartment with a garage. We showed up without an appointment because our time was limited. We were only staying one night from Pa. Kristie -Lynn greeted us with a smile and fit us in for a tour later that day. The community is beautiful and so well mantained. We moved here in September. Really great place to live. Cameron Sabin is wonderful. She is always nice and friendly. Christina Stevens the office manager is always ready to help and make sure all goes good. And the maintenance guys Mason and Daniel are always ready to help. When there is a problem they are right on it. The team here is great. Looking forward to many wonderful years here.

I have lived at Arcadia at Waterway Hills since June and I absolutely LOVE it here. I get to walk around the complex and take in some wonderful sunsets, sit on my screened patio and just relax with Lola and let the worries of the day seep away in a very comfortable apartment. The staff here are the best, today we got a Boo bag of goodies and they are always having events for the residents. You cannot beat the amenities, spacious floorplans, location, and wonderful neighbors here in this complex. It is truly resort style living at a very affordable price.
