This company is a joke-doesn't even get 1 star. Get your annuities out of here there is a reason that they do not still issue policies from this company and are only handling old ones. They have given me the run around for the last year. None of the Reps know what's happening or the actual next steps taken. After much misinformation by the reps, I talked with a supervisor who was rude from the beginning but specifically got disrespectful after I located the information, he claimed I didn't select and read it to him and then further had zero accountability for his reps and company's mess ups.…
Policies are so restrictive even to switch a bank account that I no longer recommend anyone using this company. They require a check to change accounts, ancient outdated approaches to finance and funding. Lame.
Have been waiting nearly 2 months for an illustration (quote) for a revised death benefit limit. I keep getting the runaround when I call with the customer services reps telling me where it currently is, but not knowing why it's taking so long. They also advise that there is no direct phone service between them and the departments where my requests have been sitting. Absolutely the worst service I have encountered. I'm in the insurance business myself, and if I told my customer that I'd have a quote for them in 2 months, I'd be out of business because NOBODY will wait that long. I have…
This is the most difficult company to deal with regarding what should be simple. Automatic payments on policies, allowing spouse to be given information, etc. We've spent literally hours on the phone with customer service and get the run around. Hopefully when I die, its not this complicated.
