Very central location with lots of eatery with some operating 24hrs. Nice ambience environment within the condo and very windy.

Brand New Apartment condos complex with mall. Take notes all the facilities and possible shopes haven't open, no residents moved in yet. The hoarding just recently removed, the workers are busy planting and taking care of the surroundings. Located beside NEL Farrer Park MRT station.
Visted a customer for inspection was told by the security it was mangement orders that i could not park inside had to park oppsite
Location is great and the facilities are world class.
