Good apartment but they have had a car out front that needs to be towed since I moved in. Doesn’t look good to just be sitting out there. And another one in the garage right next to the future residence spots. Doesn’t look good to leave broken down / smashed cars everywhere.
I have really enjoyed living here for the past year. The location is very nice and close to lots of local restaurants. The pools are beautiful as well as the gym and other amenities. The mail room and package room are very nice additions that make life easy. I absolutely love the interior design choices of my unit with the herringbone hardwood floors and the high ceilings. Maintenance responds quickly and the leasing office as well to any concerns. Yes there have been incidents regarding safety and the parking garage, very similar to almost anywhere in Austin, but management has held true to…
I was very excited to move here initially, however despite being a brand new "luxury apartment" it's not been great. I pay almost $2k a month to deal with safety concerns and multiple issues. When you sign your lease with the Brentwood you are promised "gift cards" or "reserved spots", not true. You will have to harass management to receive anything. With the "reserved spots" suddenly they had spray painted the already regular spots in the parking garage and slapped numbers on them. Some residents had spray paint on their car from adding the new "reserved spots". None were offered when I…
Ok - I've lived here now for 6 months and time for an update to my review from an actual resident and not a fluff review or someone with an axe to grind: Perfect this place is not but I'm quite certain there are far worse apartment buildings/communities. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. The positives: the gym and the pool are nice and are pretty well maintained thus far. I've had no trouble with the appliances or hot water issues or anything like that. Most of the people I've met both living here and on staff are pleasant. Had a wonderful experience working with Shiann! Touring with her was a very informative experience and during the process to sign, she was always there to answer my many questions! I also had a seamless experience moving into this property.
I recently visited Brentwood, and it’s such a beautiful place! The whole vibe is just really nice. The leasing team is great. They're super friendly and personable. They made me feel right at home and were happy to answer all my questions. If you’re looking for a great place to live with a fantastic team to help you, definitely check out Brentwood!
