I have owned my home for four years, and recently discovered a dangerous electrical defect in the A/C disconnect that could have caused a fire. The licensed electrician’s report confirmed the damage was due to poor installation at the time of the build — wires were connected incorrectly, creating excess heat over time and eventually melting the wires and connections. Despite clear evidence that this issue was present since initial installation, the developer refuses to take responsibility, claiming they “can’t prove” the original owner didn’t make changes. Love the complex and the businesses however, don’t want to come back. I’ve gotten 2 tickets here and they are insane $70 in the suburbs. Indigo is downright predatory here and they are allowed to be. If you park in 15 min parking and run in for a coffee be SURE you are back to your car in 10 mins. I can go elsewhere thanks. Low end.
Called to Westman Village office many times and left many messages. Never got a phone call back. I was to the office many times too in business hours, even the sign states that the office is open no one showed up. After that I went to the office a day the temperature was minus 36 and the secretary / receptionist made me wait for more than 20 minutes while she was with her cellphone. Parking lot is insane. I was helping my friend to get out of my car, it took me 5 minutes and I got a ticket for $90 even when the Indigo guy saw me that I was not parked. Is disappointed to stop for lunch and…

An amazing rental experience. You can not get it anywhere else in Canada, if not World. All the amenities are just at the back of our home. Everything is included. It's exactly like living in a resort the whole year. Westman Village is so beautiful that we had a family Wedding there with beautiful photos and videos and amazing food catered by Chairman's steakhouse, located right inside Westman Village. What a beautiful community Jayman has built here. The amenities are top notch and the accommodations are beautiful. We had the 5 star service and tour by Sabina who definitely knows her stuff and is super nice to deal with. She took the time to take us all around and answer all of our questions. Definitely a place we would love to spend more time at.
Me and a friend have been very curious how the buildings ended up being, as it had been a couple of years since we had been to their presentation spot. Today we popped in and were taken on a very nice tour of all of the fantastic amenities throughout the buildings. What a fantastic place. If you have the money to afford to live there-my goodness it has everything. I cannot say enough good things about this place - the entire project is incredible - it's like its own little village. The buildings and landscaping are amazing. Everything always feels cared for. The staff are amazing, from sales to concierge. The maintenance guys are on top of things. It's definitely worth a visit. The Village center is also amazing. Jay and his team took a big risk on a project like this, and the bar is set way high.
